Who we are

StoreVisible (“the App”) helps Shopify merchants understand and improve how AI search engines read their products. Contact: hello@anvevoice.app.

What we collect

• Store data: your shop domain and product catalog content (titles, descriptions, tags, SEO fields, image alt text) accessed read-only through Shopify’s Admin API, used solely to compute AI-visibility scores.
• Scan results: the scores and check results we compute for your store, stored so you can track progress over time.
• Public pages: we fetch your public storefront pages (robots.txt, product pages, discovery files) the same way any visitor or crawler would.

What we never collect

We do not access, collect, or store customer personal data, orders, payment information, or analytics. The App requests only the read_products permission.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. When AI citation monitoring is enabled, product names and public URLs may be included in queries sent to AI model providers to check whether your products are recommended; no merchant or customer personal data is included.

Data retention & deletion

Scan history is retained while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, or when Shopify sends a shop-redaction request, all stored data for your shop is deleted. You can also request deletion at any time by email.

GDPR

We honor Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Because we store no customer personal data, data-request responses are empty by design.
